Santa’s good list. (110)

Our opening remarks reveals that all of your usual hosts have returned. Terry fights off sleep by eating loads of popcorn. Jill tells us about a granddaughter who doesn’t like to take liquid medicine. The threatening solution reminds Terry about a similar incident with his grandkids. Is it safe to swap medicine with dogs? Before we move along, Keith shares an update about the fishy treatment with his foot.

We skipped our usual random topic, and replace it with a few moments of fun with a chat bot. In the news this week, Terry has nonstop Christmas related features. Jill tells about a record-breaking contest with Mr. potato head. Keith has a story about an accident-prone moose who finds himself trapped in a basement. Stay tuned to learn more about a trapped deer, a unicorn license, and more interesting news.

Jill has some weird words that are not so much challenging as they are informative for the holidays. Different ways to wish someone a Merry Christmas. Terry’s top 10 list is actually a top 25 list, so we zoom through it as quick as possible. Enjoy the list of fun and favorite things about Christmas.

Our featured topic is on communications. This time of year, maybe the best communications is writing a letter to Santa. Since no one wants to take up the topic, Keith switches to describe a relatively inexpensive digital voice recording device that he likes to use. We close out the show with a fun email sent in by an anonymous listener featuring a problem that Benjamin Franklin needed help with by asking his friend George Washington. As usual we wrap it all up with final thoughts.
