Terry reminds us that this week is his birthday. We spent time discussing our own birth stories. Keith shares a news item about a recent movie, and about a new type of jet fuel. Before we begin our random topic, Terry shares a few other notable birthdays of the week. Keith has a special item for our random topic. He has a top five list of Christmas carols in Illinois, and compares it to a top five list nationwide.

In the news this week Terry has another story about trucks crashing and mixing their cargoes to make a tasty treat. Jill tells us about a driver in the UK who was very determined to pass her driving test. Keith leads off with the story about a man with a charitable gift for his hometown and schools located there. We also feature dumb criminals with telltale underwear, a romantic traffic stops by the police, fishy stories about lobsters and weird things from the ocean.

Jill has some pretty weird words for us today. We only managed to guess one, or two. Terry shares a top 10 list of popular Christmas songs. Their slightly different from the list that Keith shared, but any time a top 10 list occurs like this, it can be very subjective to the one who made the list.

Our anchor topic is on communications. We discuss some of the ups and downs of sending Christmas cards. We also drift into a couple other areas of communicating as well.

Keith shares an email about a peeping Tom with an alligator. As usual, we close it all out with our final thoughts.
